White stuff on panties?!?!? is this mundane?

Ok, so. I don't know what it is, but for a while now everyday theres be white dry stuff on my panties? I don't know what this is? is this normal? Yeah, it starts going on a bit before your extent, so I would recommend wearing liners, so if you do start your extent, it will not bleed through your pants. It may dance away a little bit after you start, but it may keep hold of going as well. It sucks to own, but there is nought you can really do about it. It will be in that even if you are not on your period or give or take a few to start it.
