Why am i not developing correctly?

im 14 and have have a pierod for 3yrs now, my boobs are growing im going on for a 36b but i stil dont have nipples. why is that? Give it time, populace develop very differently. 36B is not small, but your nipples WILL develop, rest assured - since you are still 14.
What do you be determined? Do you mean that your nipples don't poke out? You own to have nipples. Everybody have them, even boys.
