Where can i step for emergency martenity treatment?

i have 2 positive pregnancy test a couple of weeks ago,my GP wont see me until another week,i have have a constant pain within my lower abdomen which feel like premenstual torment,i jwant to see a doctor today so that they can check if everything is okey,Where can i go to,contained by london? I would seek medical counsel straight away , but try not to worry to much on my concluding and present pregnancy i had duplicate cramps and also spotting for a few days this carried till i was going on for 9 to 10 weeks , if go to hospital they will probably do a scan in recent times to make sure everything is fine , flawless luck but i am sure everything will be ok
